The concept of this mod came about when Urshi, who was the lead designer for the game, made a concept for a story within the game called "MapleStory". After creating this concept, he wanted to create better female characters for the game, so he decided to make the female version of every boss in the game, which is one of the most powerful bosses in the game (in my opinion). He also created the game's legendary items, which are used by some of the major characters. These legendary items aren't seen often, so they are considered rare and difficult to find, which is what the developers thought at the time.
